About Me
As a 30+ year resident, Nancy has come to really know and deeply love coastal North Carolina. She’s excited to use her experiences acquired as a former educator, retired Navy wife, and long-term local resident to assist buyers and sellers in the real estate market here on the Crystal Coast. She grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and attended Duquesne University graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education. She relocated to Wilmington, North Carolina after graduation and attended UNC-Wilmington for her Master’s degree in Reading Education. Nancy’s lengthy experience as an educator and military spouse makes her uniquely positioned to help buyers and sellers fully understand the buying/selling process, especially within the military community. Military families share a bond created through shared experiences of military life. Nancy knows what it’s like to move around the world and will shepherd you through the process with the composure of seasoned professional. Nancy is the creator and curator of the YouTube channel, “Nancy on the Coast,” which provides fun and educational information about the Crystal Coast and the home buying process. She and her husband, Jim, live on Emerald Isle and have 5 children ranging in age from 14-29 and are still happily married! She enjoys the outdoors. You might find her out on a trail, sitting on the beach, walking her dogs, taking a boat ride, or laying in her hammock reading a good book.My Reviews
